About the Role
Bring your expertise in service management to drive our service and installation teams to meet our customers’ needs.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing efficient workflow programming for a team of service technicians
- Ensuring the successful service and/or installation of irrigation systems and projects.
- Hands-on work with installations, repairs and service work on a variety of pumps and water systems, including stock water, solar pumps, drip irrigation, centre pivots, telemetry, control, pumping and filtration stations.
- Ensuring projects are completed with maximum efficiency.
- Building strong relationships and working collaboratively with others.
- Communication with internal and external clients to ensure clear expectations are being met.
- Record keeping and invoicing works completed.
- Ensuring safety systems are implemented and followed.
About You
You will have:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven time management and problem-solving skills
- Experience with irrigation installations and service work
- Experience managing trades in often complex work environments.
- Demonstrated knowledge of construction safety procedures.
